Sizing guide.
Body jewelry uses two systems: gauge (thickness of the post) and diameter (size of the ring or stretched lobe). Below is the full conversion chart we use in the studio.

Measure it on your screen
Calibrate against any bank card, then lay the piece on the screen and match it. Works on any phone or laptop.
1 · Calibrate
Hold any bank or credit card against the screen and slide until the gold outline matches its edge exactly. On a phone the card is shown upright (we match its short edge); on a wider screen it lies flat. This sets the scale for all three tools.
Slide until the bar — and the dot beside it — are exactly as thick as the post (side view + head-on).
Lay the post flat along the ruler from your screen's edge, and read where it ends.
Rest the ring on the screen and grow the circle until it fits inside it.
Calibrated against a standard card (ISO 85.6 mm). Numbers are rounded; for a fresh or healing piercing, confirm the size with us before ordering.

Inner diameter — rings, septum clickers
Inner diameter (ID) is the distance across the inside of the ring. Most adults wear 8–10mm for septum, 6–8mm for helix, 8–12mm for daith.

Post / barbell length
Length is measured from one ball/disc to the other (post only, excluding ends). When in doubt, measure a current piece with calipers — or send us a photo and we'll help.
