If you're in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe or Reno, you can pick up your order directly at the studio. It's free and we do it by appointment — so the piece is ready and the encounter has time.

Find the piece in the catalogue and select "Local pickup" at checkout. No shipping fee.

Confirm payment
Pay online. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your slot.

Pick a time
Choose the day and time slot available. We respond to all confirmations within 24 hours.

Come to the workshop
On the agreed day, you arrive at the indicated point in Truckee. The piece will be ready and packed for you.

Schedule changes
If you need to change the time, write to us with at least 12 hours notice via email or Instagram DM.
